Business Development Manager

About The Position

What will you do?

As Promo’s Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of Promo’s Partnership strategy.

You will effectively identify the business potential with different customers/partners and will be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and execute it. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and creative challenges and a proven capability to interact and generate strong professional relationships with a range of third parties in a highly collaborative environment to help achieve a common goal.

Requirements

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Define, build and execute the business development strategy.
  • Manage existing partners and discover new business opportunities to generate revenue growth for the company.
  • Track the market and stay alert to changes, initiatives and new partnerships opportunities.
  • Promote solutions to the target customers / markets.
  • Responsible for creating proposals and contracts, negotiating, and serving as a liaison to the legal group.
  • Working closely with the CEO and taking part in the core decisions and actions that shape the company vision and strategy.
  • Using data, analysis, and business acumen to determine the best opportunities to grow the business and attract new customers.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 3+ years experience in Business Development.
  • Previous record in B2B sales./li>
  • SaaS experience - big advantage.
  • A “people person” with charisma and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native English.
  • Out of the box thinker with innovative and sharp business mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Detailed working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Problem-solving abilities and both results, and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
